Last week Training Specialist Steph DiRaddo conducted our largest in-house user training session with client Veresen Inc, which owns and operates energy infrastructure assets across North America. The training stretched over two days and brought Veresen plant managers from their eastern facilities together with the Alberta-based project team here at Intelex headquarters in Toronto. Veresen is getting ready to launch their appropriately named SMART (Safety Management and Reporting Tool) using Intelex’s EHS Incident Management application to 200 users across North America. 25 January 2012 Exemption from the Regular Duty of Disclosure The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has granted upon the application of Tekla Corporation ("Tekla") an exemption from the duty to publish financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the financial statements bulletin, and the annual summary from the year 2011. An exemption has also been granted from the duty to publish an interim report from the period January 1 to March 31, 2012. In its decision, the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has taken into account, among other things, the fact that in the redemption proceedings under Chapter 18 of the Finnish Companies Act the redemption price is determined based on the fair price of the share before the initiation of the arbitral proceedings, and that Tekla has published an interim report covering the first nine months of the accounting period that started on January 1, 2011, during which time the arbitral proceedings became pending. Since the arbitral proceedings were initiated during the said period, the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has determined that the exemption concerning subsequent reporting periods does not jeopardize the position of the investors. Trimble Finland Oy has initiated arbitration proceedings concerning the redemption of the minority shares in Tekla. The Listing Committee of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd has on December 8, 2011 made a conditional decision to delist Tekla's shares from the official list once the title to all shares in Tekla has been transferred to Trimble Finland Oy in the redemption proceedings. Due to the redemption proceedings being currently pending, Tekla intends to file an exemption application to the Financial Supervisory Authority concerning the duty to publish financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the financial statements bulletin, and the annual summary from the year 2011.
